Chance of Rain Survey for People in the United States
Through a simple online survey to people in the US, between April and May of 2015, we look at how people interpret and perceive rain chances, commonly known as PoPs, in forecasts. This is the overview of the results. A pdf of all general comments is below the charts and graphs. See results from similar survey given to meteorologists. Watch a presentation of the survey conclusions here on the AMS past conferences web page.
